Cummings Lawyers is a specialist commercial law firm.

We specialise in commercial transactions and legal advice and support to start-ups, sole traders, SMEs, partnerships, investors and individuals, institutions and not for profit organisations.

Our core legal expertise is in business, commercial and IP law. In particular we act for Health Professionals buying and selling Health, Allied Health and Veterinary practices, partnership  and associateship interests and related agreements and advice. We also advise on property law matters.
